This policy explains what information SynthaSystems Consulting LLC (“SynthaSystems”, “we”, “us”) collects through synthasystems.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, company, email address and anything you write.
Scheduling details. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, chosen time and any answers you give, under its own privacy policy.
Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic request data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are fetched.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting, email, form and scheduling providers, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing nparece@synthasystems.com.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information here.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
